No Mass Production - we handpick all our tomatoes when vine-ripened to get the maximum sweetness and the lowest acidity levels possible. We preserve them the same way grandma taught us 81 years ago : by boiling and vacuum sealing each jar in a sealed antiseptic room.

Papa Vince's cherry tomato sauce is a wonderful, naturally sweet sauce that is very lightly seasoned. We suggest you "make it your own". Add it to your favorite meat sauce recipes, ragus, or simply add it to some sauteed onions, garlic, celery and carrots to make a wonderful flavorful veggie tomato sauce. If you enjoy something spicy, add some Papa Vince Peperoncino blended oil to our tomato sauce to give it that special kick!
